Title: How do I find my vocation? ¿Cómo encuentro mi vocación?
Workshop leader: Isabel Chotsourian-Becker
Description:
To hear the call of life is for me equal to finding the own vocation. Our choice of career shapes a large part of our lives on earth, and is therefore very much important. In our times, the paths to find a career, pursuing a degree, or completing vocational training are as diverse and individual as the people themselves. That doesn’t necessarily make it easier to find the right path. Or is there simply no “right” path? What should I look for, or what can I do to hear the call of my vocation? How can I align my calling with a specific job? Are there perhaps fields of work I’ve never even considered? — This, and many more questions will be part of this interactive workshop.

Title: Priesthood of humanity
Workshop leader: Guido Rossel (Priest)
Description:
Together, let’s explore the topic of the priesthood. What exactly are a priest’s duties? And how does one actually become a priest? The focus here is not on wanting to become a priest. Rather, we will explore the question of whether the seed of a priestly calling lies within every human soul and how one can nurture that calling. This workshop is not a lecture. Your personal questions and perspectives are expressly welcome—we want to discover and share ideas together!

Title: Being Human – Between truth and lies
Workshop leader: Ben Black (Priest)
Description:
Never before has identity been the subject of so much reflection and discussion as it is today. And perhaps this can be seen as a sign that the great mystery of one’s own identity is becoming increasingly significant to people—that it is precisely there, where one truly recognizes oneself—even if only for a brief moment—that life and the world seem to somehow move forward…
In this workshop, we will try—playfully, carefully, and with ease—to get to know ourselves and others anew and better, perhaps adopting entirely new perspectives and viewpoints, and in doing so, hopefully gaining many exciting insights about ourselves, our fellow human beings, and the world.
Description:
Everyone is calling for transparency. We are inundated with information. The question remains: How can I tell the difference between real news and fake news? How do I learn to distinguish between truth and lies? How can I put this distinction to good use in the world?

Title: Move to be human – Exploring and unfolding our human potential through movement
Workshop leader: Benedikt Meßer

Let’s explore through movement what makes us human :
From our uprightness and breath to the colours and forces of our soul. The art of Eurythmy, founded by Rudolf Steiner precisely out of his research of the human being, will be our tool.

Title: Who are You? Who am I?
Workshop leader: Nils Cooper (Priest)

Title: World Peace – what is it? How do you achieve it?

Workshop leader: Carola Gerhard (Priest)
Description:
How can peace come about? And what is the opposite of peace? Is it war? A look into one’s own soul can reveal—even though everyone probably thinks they want peace—how difficult it is to find it and to bring it about. How does peace come about, and what prevents people from achieving it? What contribution can each individual make to peace? “The path of peace is the path of truth” (Mahatma Gandhi). We want to explore the question of peace based on our ideas and concepts of money, possessions, and development.

Title: Gender, Sexes and Being Human
Workshop leader: Luc Vandecasteele (Physician)
Description:
It is part of our humanity to be born in a body with one of two sexes. Recently, many people are seeking liberation from this. We don’t want to be reduced to our biological sex. In addition to “cis identity,” other gender identities have appeared, including “non-binary.” What does all this say about our full humanity? What are we called to do?
We will discuss feminine and masculine characteristics, the different levels of being human and of identity, and the non-gendered essence of humanity.
